How to use

The museum card is registered under real names. A valid ID (such as a passport) must be presented upon entry.

One card per person, non-transferable and non-rentable

A few private museums may charge a small additional fee.

Choose from the following two versions:

Digital card: Quickly activated for use, bind to the app for easy entry with convenience and speed.

Physical card:

Ideal for those who wish to collect souvenirs or stay long-term.

We recommend purchasing at least 15 days in advance.

If you are a customer from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan, we recommend placing your order at least 20 days in advance to avoid shipping delays.

The customer needs to provide their WeChat or WhatsApp for contact and to share relevant information.

Change & cancellation policies

Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.

The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

To apply for a museum card, please submit a one-inch digital photo of yourself along with your name, and select a pickup method. To ensure smooth delivery of materials, please provide a valid mobile number (we recommend a number that can be linked to WeChat or WhatsApp).
