Great service. The pick up time is one hour earlier than scheduled which is okay for us. Wifi on the bus is not working. Luckily I have my own internet. So be prepared, otherwise the journey can be quite dull unless you plan to sleep on the bus.★

We had an amazing experience on this cruise!
Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always smiling and ready to help. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a stunning view over the entire bay, waking up to that scenery was unforgettable.
The activities over the two days were well organized and really fun. We truly enjoyed every moment and had such a great time on board. A special mention to our main guide, An Beck, who was fantastic, professional, friendly, and made the whole trip even more memorable.
We highly recommend this cruise without hesitation!★

I hadn't heard of this system before, but a local friend highly recommended it, so I used it for the first time. It was well worth the price and very easy. I thought they would ask for my name, but they only showed me the company logo. I was able to connect with the person in charge via LINE, so I felt at ease. It was during Tet, but I was able to enter the country in less than 10 minutes.★

It was a great experience. The package I bought on Ctrip was a great deal, cheaper than buying it directly at the counter, and it even included a serving of takoyaki at the 58th-floor restaurant.
The scenery was also amazing. Highly recommended.★

It works incredibly well! I'm so lucky! I had a bad sense of timing and was thinking of taking the shuttle bus from T2 to T1 to exchange my ticket. But when I arrived at the JR station, I exchanged my ticket for the 10:16 train at 10:13. Luckily, the train was right there after I went down the escalator. I ran to carriage 9, boarded safely, and the train started moving right away! Lucky me! Very convenient.
