The tour guide, Xiao Zheng, was very responsible. The small group was comfortable and flexible. I was very satisfied with the itinerary. I saw all the scenery I should see. The weather was especially good. The tour guide, Xiao Zheng, was very professional and interesting. He also taught us how to burn incense and pray for Bodhi seeds. Painting fans was very interesting. My mother, who was in her 60s, followed the painting and it looked very beautiful.★

A fantastic one-day tour of Hangzhou!
Our guide, Brother Xie, was incredibly reliable! He was enthusiastic throughout, providing detailed and engaging explanations. Whether it was the historical anecdotes of West Lake or the tea culture of Longjing Village, he explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making it anything but boring.
The itinerary was perfectly planned, from boating on West Lake to an immersive experience of Song Dynasty style at Songcheng, and then exploring Longjing Village, enjoying tea tasting and purchasing tea. It wasn't rushed; ample time was allocated for visiting each attraction and making purchases. Brother Xie also thoughtfully reminded us of good photo spots and tips for avoiding common tourist traps. His service was excellent; he answered all our questions throughout the tour.★

Our driver, Mr. Xie, is a Hangzhou veteran. He introduced us to the city, its culture, and its history along the way, and was incredibly knowledgeable about its attractions. It was clear he truly loved the city, and he drew our attention to the changes brought about by its development. We enjoyed the ecological environment of the Xixi Wetlands, the traditional dwellings of the ancient villages, the leisurely atmosphere of Longjing Village, and the cool, tranquil Nine Creeks and Eighteen Streams. Spend a day escaping the crowds and experiencing the beauty of nature.★

We loved it as tour guide is skiilful in navigating through the itineraries despite the weather (we visited Huxueyan mansion first as it was raining and went to Xihu later on when the weather cleared up). Not sure if it's because if timing change, most of the time the place we visited is not crowded at all and it really felt like super private tour! No hard selling and the restaurant recommended in Xihu is very very nice.
