How to use
Please come to Bridge 7 at the Schweizerhofquai. The ship leaves Lucerne on time. Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure.
Change & cancellation policies
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 1:00 AM on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 1:00 AM on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Please be aware that on days with very dense fog, individual trips may be canceled for safety reasons. Such operational decisions will always be made on short notice
- Audio guide available in 12 languages: Spanish, Chinese, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Arabic, Korean, Portuguese, Russian.
- A selection of refreshing drinks and light snacks is available for purchase onboard
- For the audio guide you can take advantage of the provided headphones or use your own headphones. In order to do this download the App "Listen everywhere" when you are connected to the Wi-Fi "lakelucerne" on the boat
