Redeem your vouchers at any Big Bus hop-on hop-off stops. Yellow Line (60 minutes): Suntec City Tourist Hub; Singapore Flyer; Marina Bay Sands (southbound); Fullerton Hotel; City Hall; Clarke Quay; Robertson Quay; Miramar Hotel; Zion Food Centre; Wheelock Place; Botanic Gardens; Orchard Hotel; Marriott Hotel; Hilton Orchard; SVC Orchard; Orchard Plaza; Rendezvous Hotel; Singapore Art Museum; Raffles City. / Red Line (90 minutes): Suntec City Tourist Hub; Fu Lu Shou; Little India; Broadway Hotel; Arab Street; Golden Mile; Alsagolf Arab School; Sultan Mosque; Intercontinental Hotel; City Hall; Boat Quay; Chinatown; Kreta Ayer; People's Park Complex; Hong Lim Park; Old Custom House; MBS Convention Centre.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Know in advance:
- infants under the age of 2 can join for free
- tickets valid for 2 days need to be used on consecutive days
- the audio commentary is also available in Bahasa Indonesia and Vietnamese. A children's channel is available in English
- City Tour (Yellow Line) departs from Suntec City Tourist Hub (tour bus service road) departs every 25-40 minutes from 9.30 am to 5.20 pm
- Heritage Tour (Red Line) departs every 25-35 minutes between 9.40 am and 5.10 pm from Suntec City Tourist Hub (tour bus service road)
- Night Tour (only included in the Explore ticket) departs from Suntec City at 6.15 pm each evening. Please check in 30 minutes in advance. Tour duration is 3 hours
- service may be suspended and/or altered at any time and without notice
