How to use

Please present your E-ticket to the staff on the day of travel.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:59 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

Pickups take place between 07:50 AM and 08:30 AM. The activity provider will confirm the exact pickup time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email.
If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
If you stay at Railay Beach, a pickup service is offered from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East.
If you stay in Ton Sai, please come to the meeting point at Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang.
