How to use

1. After placing your order, a staff member will contact you to schedule the photo shoot. You can also proactively reach out to our online customer support to make an appointment!

2. Address for use: Room 526, 5th Floor, West Lake International Trade Center, No. 58 Changsheng Road, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 5:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 5:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
