The music and dinner as well as the setting was wonderful Very disappointing that we were charged for 4 x programs for the music concert but we did not receive 1 single program. They just said they did not have enough But surely if you sell something yo someone you must give it to the person. I think we should get a refund for the programs we paid and did not get.

Loved the historic location & the music. Easy access via the funicular. Took advantage of going to the fortress an hour before the show to walk around, enjoy the views and take photos. The show was incredible. The musicians are so talented and did Mozart and other composers justice.

After purchasing, remember to exchange it for a physical card at the designated location. I exchanged mine at Salzburg Central Station, in the tourist information area. Look for the green "i" sign (not the QBB sign). It's located to the left of the QBB service area facing the stairs; it's in an inconspicuous spot. After exchanging, remember to write the date on the card to activate it. The staff will ask where you're from and provide you with tourist information in appropriate text.


