A very good option for getting from Hanoi to Sapa and back. Book your ticket online, and an agent will contact you via messenger with detailed information about the trip. They're always available and ready to respond if any problems arise. First, you'll be picked up from your hotel (if you're staying in the old town) in a small minibus and driven about 30 minutes to the company office, where you'll transfer to a larger sleeper bus. The departure was a little delayed, but it wasn't a big deal. The bus itself is very comfortable, with a pillow, blanket, headphones, water, and even a massage chair. It's great to sleep in both the upper and lower berths. Returning from Sara, you'll also be picked up from your hotel; you can go straight from the bus station near the market. There are two 25-minute stops along the way, where you can go to the restroom and grab a bite to eat. Thank you very much, everything was great.

We selected this sleeper bus to sapa, the bed actually is fit for below 170cm. If more then that you have to bend your ankle most of the time lol. The cleanliness was ok and no bad smell . I was book upper bed but if you have motion sickness better not as it quite shaky and do not booked the last row of bed .
