Todd went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. The itinerary was perfect, featuring stunning wineries, a surprise gin tasting, and Todd's own lunch at Domaine Chandon, with plenty of time to soak in the beautiful scenery. The best part? Facing the first ray of sunshine in the morning, I finally sat in the hot air balloon. It was a very good experience. The service center was also equipped with a Chinese interpreter. The temperature difference in the morning was large. The customer service would remind us to bring a coat. It was a very good trip.About
