How to use
Itinerary Information
1. The specific itinerary during the activity may be adjusted according to school arrangements (such as some venues being closed during holidays) and weather conditions. Please make sure to check in advance. Registration implies consent to these adjustments.
The activity instructors include research mentors and guides.
The venue may be closed during holidays. In case of closure, other related activities will be arranged as substitutes.
Note: ID number is required to reserve an admission ticket to Nankai University, limited availability.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 4:00 PM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 2:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 60% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cannot be canceled after reservation
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1. Due to the special nature of admission tickets, please ensure you provide the correct name and ID number after booking to avoid ticket issuance failure and travel delays. Any losses caused by incorrect information provided by you will be your responsibility. If we fail to issue the ticket, a full refund will be provided.
2. During the group tour, it is not recommended to leave the group on your own. You must inform the group leader of your situation and return to the group promptly. If you leave the group or arrive late due to personal reasons, any unguided portions will be considered voluntarily forfeited, with no additional guiding services or refunds provided. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group.
3. In the event of itinerary disruption due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the activity organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip or make alternative arrangements. The organizer shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred during this period.
