Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cannot be canceled after reservation

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Only children aged 7 and above will be permitted entry to the restaurant.
Children must be included in the total passenger headcount. Please provide their exact age when placing a booking.
Children aged 7 and above may be accommodated without ordering a full course; guests can choose from the a la carte menu on the day.
To expedite your reservation, please provide one or two alternative time slots if possible.
Live streaming is prohibited on the premises.
Guests with dietary restrictions and/or food allergies should inform the restaurant beforehand, especially if there are vegetarians in the party. The restaurant might not be able to accommodate guests who make same-day requests.

The dress code is smart casual.
Guests are asked to refrain from wearing perfume and cologne, and to avoid other strong fragrances (including laundry detergent). Guests who fail to comply may be refused entry.
Guests running behind schedule are requested to inform the restaurant by telephone.
Guests arriving later than 30 minutes past their scheduled reservation time will have their reservations canceled.
In the event of guests' late arrival, the restaurant may not serve all dishes in the requested course menu.
When taking photographs, guests are requested to refrain from flash photography and excessive shutter noise.
