We had a wonderful time with Jennie! It's so valuable to have such a great guide in a museum with such a vast collection. She helped us put the great dynasties into perspective and patiently explained the artworks to us in perfect English. Thank you for this wonderful experience! This was a summer trip to Xi'an with our family of three, including an elementary school student. We heard that booking the Shaanxi Museum was notoriously difficult, so we applied for a Korean-speaking guided tour through Trip.com. The entire experience, from booking to the tour completion, was incredibly satisfying. When we made the reservation, we mistakenly used my husband's expired passport number. We realized this just before departure and contacted Trip.com; even though it was the weekend, a Korean-speaking representative responded kindly and promptly, and they also helped us stay in touch with the guide after we arrived. Furthermore, we were deeply moved by Guide Fan Chonghui, whom we met at the Shaanxi Museum. He passionately explained everything from China's prehistoric era to the Tang and Ming dynasties for a full four hours. My elementary student says they want to come back next year to listen to Guide Fan Chonghui's explanations again. Thanks to Trip.com's excellent service and Guide Fan Chonghui's enthusiastic commentary, we created unforgettable memories.
