How to use

Pickup service in Luxor is included. Please provide the address of your accommodation at checkout. The local operator will contact you 24 hours before your tour date to confirm the pickup time. Please look out for an email or SMS. The pickup location is the hotel lobby unless otherwise specified.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Please note that you'll gain access to the pyramids area, but the entrance fees to get inside the pyramids (Cheops, Mykerinos or Kefren) are not included. The tickets available are limited and must be purchased on-site, so access is not guaranteed. The adult entrance fee (12+ years) for the Cheops Great Pyramid is around EGP 900 and EGP 450 for children under 12. The adult entrance fee (12+ years) for Mykerinos or Kefren is around EGP 220 and EGP 110 for children under 12

Hotel pickup service is included. Please provide your hotel information, email and phone number at the time of booking. The local operator will contact you 24 hours before your tour date to confirm the pickup time
This tour is available in shared and private options. The price of the private options is the total price per group. Single travellers who want the private option can choose the option 'Private Tour'
Tour duration and pickup time are simply guidelines subject to change due to operational conditions. Please expect a duration of around 36 hours for the complete tour
Return train tickets are included in the price. Please note that train schedules are subject to change or delay for reasons beyond the local operator's control
Dinner and breakfast are not included. If possible, you may want to arrange a take-away dinner and breakfast box with your hotel reception before the tour date
Infants under 2 years old are free of charge

Remember to bring:

Please keep your passport/ID with you during the tour
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring sunglasses, a camera and money for tipping and shopping
Please bring your own snacks and water with you on the train. Food and drinks are also available for purchase on board
Overnight in a seating train can be uncomfortable, so please bring a neck pillow, eye mask, a blanket and/or heavy clothes
