The staff was very comfortable, communicating in English and through a translator. They sent the photos very quickly, and the store has a huge selection of qipao and hanfu. The photo editing is very gentle, preserving your features. I had some light-colored hair with me, so I left it in the studio for the other light-haired customers.

Our tour guide, Ms. Tang, provided a very detailed explanation, recounting many historical anecdotes and even adjusting her explanations based on our questions. She's from Suzhou, and you could tell she has a deep affection for the city.
