Q2: Can I participate if I don't know how to swim?

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

1. Wake surfing is an outdoor light extreme sport with inherent risks. It is not suitable for individuals with heart disease, asthma, otitis media, pregnancy, etc. If you conceal such conditions and insist on boarding, you will bear all consequences and we shall be exempt from liability.

2. Smoking is prohibited on board, and colored fruits are not allowed to be brought onto the ship. The wave-making boat features imported leather upholstery throughout. Compensation will be required for any burns or stains caused.

3. According to the laws and regulations of the National Maritime Safety Administration, all boarding personnel must carry the original valid ID/electronic ID for maritime departure registration and cooperate with maritime inspections. If boarding is denied due to failure to carry required IDs, the ticket fee will not be refunded.

4. There are unknown or known marine creatures in the sea. To prevent accidents, customers who need to enter the water should wear full-body jellyfish suits or similar protective clothing to avoid being stung by jellyfish or other organisms.

5. Please take care of your valuables. It is not recommended to wear jewelry when entering the sea. Keep your belongings with you at all times. The boat may experience bumps and sudden stops during the journey, so please secure your phone properly.

6. Please prepare sunglasses, swimwear, towels, and sunscreen in advance before boarding the boat. You may board directly in your swimwear or diving suit. Life jackets must be worn when entering the sea. The club will not be held responsible for any incidents involving players who refuse to comply after being advised.

7. It is recommended to arrive at the venue half an hour in advance for changing clothes, taking photos, and parking. Please board the ship on time. During peak season, the ship schedule is fully booked and no delays are allowed. The timing will start from your scheduled appointment time.
