If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

• We will inform you of your pick-up time 1 day before the trip
• Additional charge if the hotel/villa in Nusa Penida is outside the specified area (Pejukutan, Batukandik, Suana, Tanglad)
• Traveller minimum age is 8 years old
• The chances of seeing Manta Ray fish (90% chance of seeing them all year round) depending on the weather and sea conditions on the day
