The driver was very nice, polite, and helpful. He arrived to our villa beforehand, and gave helpful suggestions on how to get around Bali, and when / where it’s best to go and why. When we were off the car, and then returning to the car — he was coming back at most within 2-3 minutes and didn’t waste any time. The only setback was that there was no child safety seat, however it was because we forgot to mention it in advance, so it’s on us, not on the driver or the company, but I’m sure if we would let them know in advance it would be there available. Will definitely use the service again once needed.★
