Praise: The vehicle and driver arrangements were excellent. The spacious Toyota allowed for a good nap on the bus during the sunrise tour. We departed at 2:30 PM and arrived around 5:40 PM. The Taj Mahal doesn't open until 6:30 AM. A temporary rest area in the hotel lobby was arranged. The tour guide was also very helpful, having a friend buy tickets for him, saving us time queuing. Areas for Improvement: There was some shopping; we were arranged to buy carpets, scarves, and marble real estate. The prices seemed very high to me, even though shopping wasn't mandatory. I would suggest removing this part unless guests specifically request it.

Highly recommend. Imran and company were extremely responsive and kind. I appreciated the opportunity to meet him and hope to work together in future. Imran (owner) is also super well connected around town and known to be a good person (vs lots of shady people in delhi unfortunately) as coincidentally even our private car driver knew him well. Our Taj Majal was pretty good, but the foggy was intense and didn’t allow us to get the sunrise view. John was our guide and he paid attention to any detail and worked on a full experience for us. It was great . Thank you!

He explained the story of the Taj Mahal in a clear, fascinating way, pointing out details we never would have noticed on our own. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and paced the tour perfectly so we never felt rushed—even with the crowds. On top of that, he knew the best spots for photos and helped us get beautiful pictures without the usual chaos. His English was excellent, and his professionalism made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. If you’re visiting the Taj Mahal, I highly recommend booking a guide like this. It completely transformed the experience from simply sightseeing into something meaningful and memorable.
