Important notes before booking:
- A minimum of 2 people are required per itinerary. You can directly book your desired itinerary. For the West Line single join-in tour (9-person group), you can directly select Package B. For other itineraries, single travelers need to consult customer support for details and pay the price difference. After booking, customer support will contact you via Trip.com or WeChat/phone to reconfirm your hotel and itinerary details.
- It is recommended to choose a Chinese-speaking guide (a local guide who speaks Chinese - unlicensed - for easier communication and coordination - to accompany and guide the group, making travel more convenient and service more attentive)
- You will receive a reminder about your itinerary and important notes, along with the driver's information and pick-up time, on the evening before your trip. If you don't see the friend request notification, please contact Trip.com's customer support directly for assistance.
- Nusa Penida is truly beautiful, but the island's road conditions are poor and can be quite bumpy. Those prone to motion sickness should bring their own medication; Pregnant women, individuals with underlying health conditions, and seniors aged 65+ are not advised to visit Nusa Penida.
- Remember to apply sunscreen, bring an umbrella, slippers, snacks, and water. If snorkeling is planned, don't forget your swimsuit, towel, and waterproof phone case. Keep valuables and money with you or store them securely.
- Multiple departure time slots for boat trips, not just one like others! No need to worry about missing the boat and having to repurchase boat tickets!
- Please arrive at the ferry terminal half an hour in advance. Staff will assist with check-in and ticket collection before proceeding to the second floor to wait with passengers wearing the same colored badge for departure. The time slot will be arranged based on daily passenger flow and arrival time, and there may be slight variations in the actual departure time. We appreciate your understanding. Communication throughout the journey will be available in English, Chinese, and Indonesian. During peak season, there may be larger crowds and longer waiting times.
