Pak Dewa was excellent throughout our trip in Bali. He picked us up from the airport, took us around Ubud, and was always flexible with our itinerary. He spoke good English, was very friendly and patient, and happily adjusted the plan to match the places we wanted to visit. We really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip. They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great. We would recommend them to friends and family.

Good day everyone! We really enjoyed this tour; we were four couples. The transfer from and to our accommodation was convenient, so you don't have to worry about getting lost or being late. The cars were comfortable and, most importantly, had working air conditioning. Our driver, Oka, was very friendly and approachable in Nusa Penida, patiently waiting and always helping us take great photos. The only downside was the included lunch: dirty cutlery, dishes, and a very limited selection of local dishes. Everything else was top-notch!


