The tour guide named Hugo was very accommodating. He is even so generous with giving us time to explore and remind us to get back on time. Very informative. A lot of facts shared during this tour. Free food for the deers! Also the ride is not a big bus is like a private van-bus type which is very convenient for small number of joiners! It was fun!★

It was a truly fulfilling trip, allowing me to simultaneously enjoy both Kyoto and Nara Deer Park. Guide O Seok-bong's kind and detailed explanations were especially helpful, allowing me to learn about Japanese history. With two teams, one Taiwanese and one Korean, explaining in two languages must have been challenging, but they showed no signs of fatigue and gave their all, making it a truly unique experience compared to other tours. I'd love to join them again. It was a fun and fulfilling day.★

Since my travel schedule was short, I was debating between Universal and Kyoto day tours, and I chose the Kyoto day tour and went, and it was so fulfilling and great~ Especially at the Deer Park, my child had fun interacting with the deer and said he wanted to go to the Deer Park again~^^ Our guide, Haehwa, was kind and talked a lot with us, and it was a comfortable tour~ My legs hurt from walking a lot the day before, but it was great to be able to rest during the travel time and also do the tour~ It was worth booking at a place with a lot of reservations^^★
