Please check-in at Franz Josef, Glacier Base reception.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 21 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 10 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
- The weight limit is 100kg. You'll be weighed prior to jumping, however, if you're under 105kg, you may still be able to jump. This is subject to Tandem Masters' approval due to wind and temperature limits
- You must be age 18+ to participate in this tour
- The experience around 2-3 hours from the time you arrive at the check-in office
- Please note that you are paired with a professional tandem master who looks after you every step of the way
