The Night Boat Tour in Miami departs from Bayside Marketplace - 401 Biscayne Blvd Miami, FL.

The check-in is at the ISLAND QUEEN ticket booth, which is located at the back center of Bayside Marketplace, behind the Mojito Bar.

Your tickets must be redeemed 40 minutes before the departure time. Kindly ensure you have the email confirmation readily available on your cellphone for check-in. The ticket agent will require verification by viewing the email confirmation.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, they are valid any day, anytime up to a year from the purchase date.

If you're late or missed your departure time, your tickets can be redeemed for the next available boat.

As WANNADO TOURS is a booking agent for contracted providers, you agree to hold us harmless for all actions by others, and our sole liability is limited to a refund of the monies paid us.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
