Booked a Benz commercial car from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. The driver is Chinese and the communication is very polite. The car is also very comfortable, but unfortunately there is a smell of second-hand smoke in the car. For people who don’t smoke, it’s been smelling a bit hard for more than an hour along the road.

The tour included two planned visits: a library and a Hindu temple, but they weren't there. We chose the Russian-language option; English was available. Overall, the tour was okay, but it didn't live up to the description.

Very friendly staff, polite and helpful. The Big Bus tour takes you to all the main sights and gives you the opportunity to visit everything. We went to the Louvre (allow plenty of time – wonderful exhibitions and a great atmosphere) and the Presidential Palace. Excellent organization despite the large crowds. The palace is breathtaking.


