The view from The Shard was very good; unfortunately, we weren't informed that the 72nd floor was closed for renovations. The view was still very nice, though.

The guide was very knowledgeable. Great tour to get a quick overview of the main attractions within the museum. After the tour we had time to go back to the items that we wanted to see more of.

SPECTACULAR!!! I think I'd even go so far as to say it's one of the best museums I've ever visited. The number and variety of historical exhibits make you feel like you're in a dream.
