How to use

After placing your order, we will contact you two days before the photoshoot via WhatsApp, email, WeChat, or iMessage to discuss your specific photoshoot requirements, including preferences for clothing, makeup, and location.

On the day of the shoot, your guide will arrange a meeting point with you and accompany you to the makeup and styling location.

Based on the package you selected, you can choose your preferred outfits and complete your styling.

The photoshoot will proceed according to the process of your selected package.

After the shoot, return to the styling location to select the photos you want to be retouched. (The original images will be sent within two business days, and the retouched images will be delivered within seven business days.)

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

This product includes two packages, with all packages providing the same number of original and retouched photos. However, the photoshoot locations differ.

Travel back in time with a traditional costume photoshoot in the ancient capital of Xi'an. Choose from a variety of authentic Hanfu or Tang-style outfits and enjoy personalized styling by a professional makeup and hair artist. An English-speaking staff member will accompany you throughout the photoshoot to assist with translation and coordination. Your private photographer will capture stunning shots at iconic Xi'an locations such as the city wall, ancient alleys, or classical gardens. You'll receive 35 high-quality unedited images and 5 professionally retouched digital photos—perfect memories of your cultural journey.

1, After placing the order, please be sure to check your phone for SMS updates.

2, The night before the shoot, remember to apply a face mask to ensure your skin looks its best on the day of makeup.

3, On the day of the shoot, please come with a clean face so the makeup artist can work more efficiently.

4, Wear clothing that is easy to put on and take off to make outfit changes more convenient.
