The excursion was well organized, and the tour time, given the distances and the various stops, was managed effectively and efficiently. Special thanks to our driver Juan Carlos and our guide Elena, who was highly competent and friendly. She explained the tour clearly and interestingly, always smiling, and fostered a positive group atmosphere.

Well planned between guided visits and private touring and eating time. Matteo (guide) was very articulate in both English and Spanish with strong knowledge of the past and current history of both Segovia and Toledo. He offered helpful suggestions for making the most of private time during tours. The bus was comfortable and the driver was very careful.

Even with a 5-year-old child, the experience was not tiring, as there were well-timed breaks and free periods built into the schedule. This made it easy to enjoy the tour comfortably with a young child. It was truly a well-spent day, and the tour was thoughtfully planned. I would definitely recommend it.

The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.


