Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

We don't speak English well, but we were bored in Da Nang and wanted to try something new. It was a great choice and we had a great time. There were no Koreans, but I was very grateful to the guide who noticed my lack of English and was considerate in many ways. We also met monkeys, Marble Mountain wasn't that high, and you should never accept an offer from a stranger on the lakeshore. Buy your own tickets. Stop by the massage parlor yourself.★

Very useful pass to skip the long queues. Didn't know there was such a service. I would've gotten it for arrival at DAD if I knew of it. Because the entire process for departure was smooth and swift.
