How to use
The tour departs from Strömkajen(S) & Nybroviken berth 11 (N). Tour starts and ends at Strömkajen.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Not suitable for:
- This tour is not wheelchair accessible, but it is possible to leave a wheelchair on the quay. The staff will fasten it with a lock and cover it from rain. There are a few steps to enter the boat
Not allowed:
- Strollers. Not possible to bring them on board, but it is possible to leave them on the quay. The staff will fasten them with a lock and cover it from rain
Know in advance:
- Dogs that can be kept in owner's lap throughout the tour are welcome on board. Please sit outside where possible or in the back of the boat. Due to lack of space, it is not possible to keep your dog on the floor under your seat or in the gangway
- There are toilets and a cafeteria on board
- There are a limited number of sets outside in the aft of the vessel
