How to use
All tours offer pick-up/drop-off from any location in Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada or Niagara Falls, NY USA. For guests that are staying outside of the downtown core, they can arrange a central meeting location.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- All tours offer pick-up/drop-off from any location in Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada or Niagara Falls, NY USA. For guests that are staying outside of the downtown core, they can arrange a central meeting location
- You will verify your pick-up details at checkout
- Tour group is limited to 6 people to render the experience more intimate
- This tour requires a passport as there is an international border crossing between Canada and the USA. Based on your citizenship, additional documentation may be required. It is up to you to ensure you have the required documentation
- The exact length of time for tour may vary slightly based on traffic, wait times at the border and seasonality (e.g. during off-peak times, tours tend to be a little shorter due to less traffic)
- The Maid of the Mist cruise is a seasonal attraction. When the boat cruise is not operating, it will be replaced by a visit to the Aquarium of Niagara
- Infants must sit on lap
