The experience was great. The hotel pickup was very convenient and both the driver and the guide Thiago were very nice, friendly and respectful and with great content on the history and location. The morning time at Praia do forte was a bit rushed (I decided to do both snorkeling and Tamar project), but if only one is chosen then it would have been more relaxed. The snorkeling activity was okay, not entirely happy with the pictures I was sent and they should perhaps organise it better because other people on the way kept scaring all the fish when I was had my pictures taken. The Tamar project was very nice with a 40 min guided tour. Praia de Guarajuba was beautiful and we spend there about 3h. The facilities were very nice and pleasant too (see pictures added).

Wilson was our tour guide and he is impeccable. His knowledge of Salvador’s history, culture, and customs is impressive and likely unmatched. He was kind, professional and funny, adding a unique twist to a tour of the city. Our driver, Heraldo, was safe, reliable and timely. I formative trip about the city, some key people who founded it, architecture and important buildings. There is however much more to see and you will be left with tips where to go on yoir own. You gonna also.learn about afro-brazilian parts and may visit few shops & restaurants where you experience local cusine and find local products. If you already know something about city or Brazil the trip may be tailored to your needs.
