Pick-up was available from your hotels only. You will receive our local supplier's contact details after the booking. Please get in touch at least 48 hours before the tour to schedule your pick-up time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Bring your hiking boots and binoculars
- Bring your sunscreen, sunglasses, wide-brimmed hat, enough drinking water and a snack
- Wear shorts or pants and short-sleeved t-shirts in light colored clothing
