It's extremely convenient to buy tickets in advance on TripCom. We bought our roundtrip tickets well in advance. On the island, we decided to leave a day early. We were able to change our ticket at the Telaga port (where we were scheduled to depart from), and at the ticket office, they changed it to a different date without any hassle.

Best activity so far and absolutely worth it. We booked the trip upon arrival through Trip.com after reading the reviews and recommendations, and we’re glad we chose this one. The operator provided full details and a clear itinerary, including a Google Maps meeting point, one day before the trip via chat. Fung was our tour guide, and Mat (not sure of his exact name) was the boatman. Both were very professional and friendly, making the trip enjoyable and safe. The day started on time and everything went smoothly. The kids especially loved swimming at Pulau Dayang Bunting, which was the highlight of the experience. The boat ride was exciting and adventurous due to the big waves, yet well-handled. We also went fishing, and the kids had so much fun. All activities were carried out exactly as described. The tour wasn't a half-day one, as the title suggested. It only lasted 2.5 hours. We took a boat ride around the island, along the river and through the mangroves, stopped at a bat cave, saw eagles (we didn't feed them, as stated), and also stopped for lunch. Everything went very quickly. I wish it had lasted longer.
