How to use
Your guide will meet you in front of Teatro Regio. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starting time. Your guide will be holding a TUI sign.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- Please note this tour does not include entrance to sites which require entrance fees (in case you decide to visit any of them)
- The tour will take place even when it's raining. In the event of an exceptionally heavy rain, the tour may be cancelled and you will be given a full refund
