Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- Please note that the itinerary is subject to change due to the events to be celebrated in the city (demonstrations, sport events, cultural events, official acts and public works)
- Children under the age of 7 years are free of charge
- You can begin your hop-on hop-off tour at any of the Madrid City Tour stops by showing your voucher when getting on board
- The bus runs with a frequency of 30-40 minutes, depending on the season
- The audio system is available in 14 languages: Spanish, Catalan, Gallego, Euskera, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Arabic and Japanese
- Kids' channel is available in English and Spanish
- You can begin your hop-on hop-off tour at any of the Madrid City Tour stops by showing your voucher when getting on board
- Route 1 departs and ends at Prado Museum and is 80 minutes long approx.
- Route 2 starts and ends at Plaza Neptuno and is 65 minutes long approx.
- Route 1 (Blue) Historical Madrid: Museo del Prado, Puerta de Alcalá, Barrio de Salamanca, Plaza de Colón, Plaza de Cibeles, Gran Via, Plaza de España, Templo de Debod, Puerta de San Vicente, Puerta de Toledo, Gran Via de San Francisco, Colegiata/Mayor, Atocha, Jardín Botánico and Museo del Prado
