If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- You will be requested to enter your hotel or accommodation and communication details during checkout
- For security reasons maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz museum cannot exceed dimensions: 30x20x10 cm. Please leave your bags in the car
- This tour is not recommended for children under 14
- This tour operates with a minimum of 2 participants
- You'll need to present a valid ID or a copy of your passport, note that if you fill your name wrong you won't be able to get inside Auschwitz-Birkenau
