Go to Ottawa's Bike Café (game starting point), open the Questo app and follow the instructions.
Change & cancellation policies
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 12:15 AM on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 12:15 AM on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
