Our guide Reda was so knowledgeable and was polite, helpful, interesting and helped us to experience the rich Egyptian history. Our driver Johanna (John) was kind, thoughtful, and really helped me getting on and off the bus which was difficult due to my disability. They were always on time and always we got more information than we expected. The balloon ride was also amazing and went like clockwork. The hotel Steinberger, - rooms were good, food not as good as we'd hoped but staff nice.★

The horse ride was amazing. The guides took plenty of photos and videos on my own phone in some stunning locations in the dessert and Red Sea in the sunset. The guides also looked after everyone from the young children to the people who had never ridden a horse before. The more experienced riders were also given many opportunities to canter through the dessert at times. The dinner, dancing and flame throwing afterwards was a fantastic opportunity to experience the Egyptian culture.★

Absolutely amazing, definitely a trip not to be missed, boat fantastic, reef beautiful plenty of coloured fish and healthy reef (Shero) our guild was really knowledgeable and made us feel really safe while snorkelling. Tawaila island is paradise, golden sands, turquoise shallow waters to swim in. The food at the restaurant which was included was really good. Can’t wait to do this trip again when we come back to Egypt, it was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend. X★

Very good value for money, Egyptian tour guide is very professional, although we are English, but the whole trip is very smooth, the scenery is beautiful, the entertainment project is also very exciting, very good experience, that is, the domestic docking person is more professional, did not see Egyptian time, Caused us to stand in the big sun at the hotel entrance for more than an hour
