Meet your spirit guide at the corner of 700 Cherry St. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour start time. Chattanooga TN is EST Time Zone.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Family and pet friendly
- The tour operates rain or shine
- Please bring with you: suitable shoes for walking, water bottle if you choose, camera to catch a ghost pic, and an umbrella if rain is in the forecast
- Parking is available on the street and free after 6pm. Parking lots are available and more expensive
