If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Please contact the local operator at least 48 hours before your tour date to arrange the hotel pick-up. You will find their contact information in the voucher after booking
A current valid passport is required on the day of the tour
Please check if you require a Visa or a similar document to enter Brazil. You are responsible for obtaining these documents
If you are being picked up in Puerto Iguazu to cross to Brazil, you will need to pay a fee of $20,00 pesos for an Eco touristic tax in Puerto Iguazu. Please make sure to keep your receipt in order to avoid being charged twice
The Mosque doesn't open on Saturday afternoons and Sundays
Ticket to the Ecomuseum to be paid locally costs BRL 14,00 at the moment. Children up to 11 years pay half price
