Child: 6–15 years old
Child: 1–5 years old
Children aged 0–5 travel for free, but please note the quantity of free children when placing your order, as we need to reserve boat tickets for them. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult to participate in the activity.
How to use
Thank you for your booking. The confirmation (PDF file containing the exact pickup address and time) will be sent to your email 1-3 days before departure. Please be sure to check it!
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 5% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
