The departures of the Munich city tours and the redemption of the purchased online tickets takes place at the Bahnhofsplatz outside Elisenhof near to the Main Railwaystation Munich.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be redeemed during this period
- Audio guides are available in German, English, Italian, Norwegian, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese
