'Silverline Cruises', next to the Elizabeth Bridge, on the Pest side, at Dock 11. Look for the purple boats and the Silverline logo.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Not suitable for:
- Nighttime cruises are not suitable for children less than 18 years
Not allowed:
- Bringing your own food and drinks aboard the ship
Know in advance:
- The audio guide provided is a free downloadable application for your mobile devices. The audio commentary will not be broadcasted through loudspeakers; therefore, please bring and use your own earphones. Please arrive and start your tour with a fully charged device
- Passengers may be denied boarding if they appear intoxicated upon arrival
- Catering services are available onboard
- If you are late for your cruise, you can rebook (subject to availability) for an additional surcharge of 50% of the original price, to be paid on the spot
- To ensure the safety of the guests, please be aware that in case of hazardous weather circumstances, unforeseen events or technical issues the company reserves the right to cancel cruises
