The Heineken museum seemed average to me, nothing remarkable. The tour is very poorly organized; the guides lead you astray, and it's impossible to know where to go. With so many people crowding the place, it's impossible to enjoy it. If you don't speak English, bring headphones to better enjoy the experience. The boat trip is the absolute highlight.★

Great atmosphere on board with guests from all over the world (USA, Mexico, Australia, a few Germans). The flight attendant contributed to the great atmosphere and made sure the drinks never ran out. I'd love to do it again!★

Our guild, Stefan, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and took his time to tell us stories about the history of Amsterdam. Biking in Amsterdam is challenging for inexperienced bikers. And the rain does not make it easier.★

The overall experience itself were amazing, however I paid extra for a hot chocolate and cookies but didn’t receive the cookies, and they were giving out hot chocolates anyway. But other than that we got to see more of the city and it was an amazing experience.
