Board at the International Bus Station Südtirolerplatz, bus stop C1. The buses to and from Bratislava are operated by Slovak Lines.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Because of the COVID regulations, all passengers traveling to Slovakia must be fully vaccinated and be in possession of a valid certificate. Please remember to register your entrance at the official website of Slovakian government
- The tour is available in 6 languages: English, German, Italian, French, Spanish and Russian
- Tours in different languages have different prices
- Mnimum of 2 guests is required at booking
- Please provide name and surname of all participants and an email address where you will receive the bus tickets 7 days in advance
- EU citizens must carry a valid ID document
- Non EU citizens must carry a valid passport
