Departure locations: 08:40 AM: Departure from Union Square (478 Post St., San Francisco 94102. Find Encore Cafe situated right next door of the bus stop) // 09:00 AM: Departure from Fisherman's Wharf (2805 Leavenworth St., San Francisco, CA 94133. Easily spot Pomegranate Cafe directly across the street). Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Winery locations and itinerary are subject to change due to traffic or a special event at the location
Buses are air-conditioned and the size of the bus depends on the number of passengers booked for that particular day. There are 28, 39, 47 and 56 seat vehicles used for this tour
