The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip. They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great. We would recommend them to friends and family.★

The overall itinerary is the same as described in the product description, but this itinerary goes to Manta Bay, and the chance of seeing a manta is about 30%. If you come specifically for the manta, you should take the Manta Point itinerary, and the chance of seeing a manta is 90%.★

We chose a Chinese-speaking group tour. The driver picked us up at the hotel on time in the morning. We drove to the pier and took a boat to Nusa Lembongan. After visiting the attractions on Nusa Lembongan, we took a boat to Nusa Penida. We had lunch before starting our Nusa Penida trip and returned on time at 4 pm. We followed the itinerary on Ctrip exactly. The itinerary was very well arranged. Our tour guide, Surya, accompanied us throughout the trip and helped us buy tickets and arrange everything. We didn't have to worry about anything. It was a great experience!★

10 out of 10. We spent a long time choosing between similar excursions; they all involved a lot of walking, which we didn't want to do in the heat. So we chose this one and didn't regret it one bit. Snorkeling, boat trips, kayaks. A great combination. Ideally, we would have landed on Nusa Penida for half an hour, relaxed a bit, and taken photos. But we just looked at the beach from the boat. That was the biggest disappointment of the whole excursion. Such a chance to avoid the daunting hike; we approached from the sea. And we only saw it from afar. Otherwise, everything was great. Lunch was delicious.★

The facilities and equipment were quite good. Seeing the manta ray clownfish and corals was particularly impressive. The price wasn't cheap, but the experience was excellent. When traveling, don't prioritize cheapness over safety.
