We stayed between Songlun Station and Samsung Station and walked to the COEX City Center Airport Bus Terminal after checking out. The location of the bus terminal was easy to understand, and the voucher to ticket was smooth. It was a Sunday daytime bus, but the bus was on time and very comfortable. There was also a USB port in the seat, and I was grateful that I could charge it.

I purchased the same tour ticket through AirTrip last August, but the ticket exchange counter was closed on the day, and there was only a sign saying it was closed that day. My plans for the day were ruined, so I had to spend the day in Hongdae at short notice. I felt like crying and sorry for my family. Trip.com accurately reported that the tour was not running on August 15th. AirTrip refunded me, but I felt regretful thinking about the experience my family had this summer. Next time, I'd like to take my daughter on the Seoul City Bus Tour, since I wasn't able to see her last year.

The ticket exchange process went very smoothly. Even though I don't speak Korean, I just smiled, nodded, and showed my receipt to get the ticket. The Korean counter staff and the driver were also very polite! It was just that waiting outside in -10 degree weather was quite cold 😆

Very convenient. It's super easy to get cash from a machine, and they accept euros, dollars, and even just won. They accept it everywhere! The only issue is that I had trouble reading my transport card, but that must be my phone, because to top up or check my T-Money balance, you have to tap the card to the phone for the chip to be recognized. 🤪😂


