How to use

Thank you for booking with We Like Tuscany! The meeting point for our tour is our office located at Via del Campuccio 90, 50125 Florence (Italy). Ring our bell "We Like Tuscany" when you are at the door. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to tour departure time.

Please note that in accordance with Italian law and for the car insurance to be valid, before the experience starts you will be required to sign a brief car rental agreement, where also our driver will be mentioned. Just to clarify, you will not be held responsible for any damage to the car or driving-related issues (as you won't be in fact driving the vehicle), and this is just to grant insurance coverage for the participant's safety.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
