How to use

Please exchange your printed or e-ticket at any of the following ticket offices between 10.00am and 6.00pm: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and North Greenwich piers. Once you exchanged your voucher you can board the IFS Cloud Cable Car from either North Greenwich or Royal Victoria sides of the river (nearest underground is North Greenwich).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Tickets for IFS Cloud Cable Car ride must be exchanged at Uber Boat by Thames clippers ticket office. Please redeem your voucher first at one of the ticket offices mentioned above
Bicycles and e-bikes are accepted on the IFS Cloud Cable Car
The IFS Cloud Cable Car has step-free access, and is accessible to most wheelchairs including motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters
E-scooters and e-unicycles are prohibited on the IFS Cloud Cable Car
Uber Boat by Thames Clippers day pass is valid on the specific date selected during booking from 10.00am until the end of service (services run every 10-20 minutes)
Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult
Boarding is based on a first come, first served basis
You must not bring hazardous items, items over 2 meters long, and no inflammable substances onboard
Infants (ages 0-4): Free
